Grosvenor Consulting Pvt Limited,  is a management and development consulting company. Our mission is to provide complex improvement in the level and culture of organization and project management, as a means of across the board improvement in the prosperity and the standard of our clients, and in doing so, society as a whole.

Nina Ghafoor, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

A senior Executive and Entrepreneur with an accomplished track record within Real Estate investment and development. She boasts an extensive background in Management, Sales, Marketing, Consulting, fund raising, PPP/PFI, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals (of all Asset classes). A well versed and well travelled Business Executive. Nina is renowned for her expertise in Capital Transactions, Deal Making and engaging international businesses for collaborations at Board level. She is a consummate professional and hugely respected within her field. An active board member and member of various recognised Trade and Business Associations and Governing Bodies.
In 2005 she was approached by a private client to set up an intl RE Agency which she grew from its humble beginnings to an internationally recognised, multi-million pound turnover business in less than a year.
Regarded an Investment Expert amongst her peers. Nina is results driven and highly passionate about her work, her creative flair, keen eye for detail and commercial acumen have contributed to her successes. She has exponentially grown her international client base only through word of mouth and client recommendations, which is highly commendable. Her plethora of clients include HNWs, Private Family Offices, Institutions and Celebrities. Often invited as honorary guest speaker at various global events.
Nina is also the UK Partner and Associate for several international brands. Her primary focus will be to continue delivering results for both the clients and business alike.

Muhammad Kaleem Sindhu,( Projects Director )

A business graduate, dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in turnaround and high-paced organizations both in Public and Private Sector. Utilize keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. Superior interpersonal skills, capable of resolving multiple and complex (public private partnership, procurement, business development, human resources, legal, financial, economic, operational) issues and motivating staff to peak performance. Work in various sectors including Energy, Water, Health, Waste Water, Waste Management, Textile, Social and Development Sectors and so on. Have both local and international experience.

Dr. Hanxin Yang

Hanxin Yang, obtained his BSc in Thermal Power Engineering from the Xi’an Jiaotong University of China in 1982 and PhD in Mechanical/Nuclear Engineering of Manchester University in 1990 after teaching in Southeast University for a couple of years. He has about 40 year rich experience in energy and engineering including post-doctoral research, R&D, operation support, new station design / peer’s review / optimization.
He has worked in NNC, Rolls-Royce IPG, Siemens, ABB, Alstom, Amec FW, Wood, ONC, etc and now an integral member of the Grosvenor Team. His experience in the conventional energy covers both fossil and Hydro power evaluation, design / optimization, construction, 0peration / efficiency improvement / life extension; in nuclear covers R&D, systems engineering, design, project management, consultancy and GDA review & support for the reactor types of Magnox, AGR, FBR, PWR, EPR, AP1000, ABWR, HPR1000 and SMRs/AMRs. In recent years, he pays special attentions to renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic, wind and hydrogen powers.
He has particularly strong experience in systems engineering and integration, tech-economy analysis, energy future and policy, investment and financing, etc.

Tom Ronell ( Partner, Aviation Projects )

Tom Ronell has a record of worldwide success and innovation in start-up, restructuring, privatization, strategic planning, operational management, marketing, sales and growth of focused, efficient and reliably profitable aviation enterprises. A graduate of the Wharton School of Business with a degree in economics and multinational enterprise, Tom has been CEO & Director of a variety of air operations and maintenance centers in commercial and private aviation, and CEO of a $1.5 billion Middle East sovereign wealth fund. Among Tom’s accomplishments are $50 billion worth of aircraft sold breaking into the North America market as VP of Sales for Airbus, Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of SpiceJet in its formative years, Board of Directors of SR Technics, Investment Committee of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise, Chairman of a national airline in Africa turned to profit during $147/barrel oil, restructuring of technical operations of a national airline which is reliably among the highest margin full-service network carriers in the world, privatization, fleet rollover and operational improvement of several airlines, and other such unique challenges. Tom is an effective leader of vision, goals, change, teamwork and safety; he is unmatched at achieving positive results for all stakeholders in the most challenging environments.
